Aeneera gives clinics a branded membership app and runs it with AI. This page says plainly what we collect, what we never collect, and who to ask about it.
What we collect
- Clinic accounts: the clinic's name, staff emails, branding, services, prices, and offers, so the product can run the clinic's membership program.
- Member profiles: the name and email a patient enters when they join a clinic's app, plus their points, rewards, visits, appointments, and messages they send the clinic's concierge. Phone numbers only if the patient adds one.
- Technical basics: cookies that keep you signed in and remember which clinic app you joined.
What we never collect
- No medical or treatment records, no clinical notes, no health data. Aeneera runs memberships, rewards, bookings, and payments, and stays out of clinical systems on purpose.
- No card numbers. Payments run through Stripe, and card details go to Stripe directly. We only see that a payment succeeded or failed and for how much.
Who sees your data
- A patient's data is visible to the clinic they joined, and to Aeneera as the platform operating that clinic's app. We do not sell data or share it with advertisers.
- Cross-clinic benchmarks are computed only as anonymized aggregates and only once enough clinics contribute that no single clinic is identifiable.
- Service providers we run on: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (the AI agents). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
Your choices
- Members can ask the clinic, or us, to correct or delete their profile.
- Clinics can end their account at any time. Their members keep paying into the clinic's own Stripe account, because that is where the money always went.
- Questions or requests: markomilojevic1970@gmail.com.
